Frank Brdoch

born 1963, already became an IT expert when most people still worked with typewriters. Having been an information and communication coordinator for civil services in the 1980s, his graduation in Informatics Economy (VWA) consolidated the basics for his current occupation. Today he works on diverse topics as for example IT Service Management (ITIL®), major project management or outsourcing advisory. Due to his widespread knowledge in the planning and steering of economical IT deployments in major companies, Brdoch became en expert in Interim Management.

Andreas Scherer

born 1965, started his way into the IT-business as a teenager at the end of the 1970s – exploring a brand new computer called “Apple II”. After having passed a training as data processing clerk he studied Business Administration in Cologne. As early as 1994 Scherer accomplished projects deploying Object-oriented programming (OOP) based on client/server technologies. He developed and integrated diverse software systems in reputed companies and managed major projects with up to 500 external suppliers. In addition to the operation of projects in business process reengineering, Scherer specialized his skills in designing and operating SOX projects (Sarbanes Oxley Act) and became an expert in the development of long-term IT strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement for global players.
